On amendment of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic

"On Copyright and related rights"

《吉尔吉斯斯坦版权和邻接权法修正案》

Article 1.

第1条.

To include into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Copyright and related rights” (Jogorku Kenesh Gazette, 1998 No. 3, page 67) the following amendment:

在《吉尔吉斯斯坦版权和邻接权法》（《吉尔吉斯斯坦政府公报》，1998年第3期，第67页）中增加以下修正案：

In item 7 of paragraph 1 of Article 7 a word “radio work” shall be deleted.

删除第7条第1款第7项中“电台作品”一词。

Article 2.

第2条.

This Law shall come into force since the date of publication.

本法自公布之日起生效。

Article 3.

第3条.

Government of the Kyrgyz Republic shall set its decisions in compliance with present Law

吉尔吉斯斯坦政府应根据本法做出决定
